Erez Koskas is an award winning film and television composer having scored, produced and recorded music for over 40 films and television series. His latest feature film, "WE DIE YOUNG", was released by LIONSGATE FILMS in over 50 countries worldwide and stars Jean-Claude Van Damme, Elijah Rodriguez (Sicario 2) and David Castaneda (Umbrella Academy, End of Watch, Sicario 2).
After starting out as a drummer and synth programmer at age 11, Erez went on to study music at two of the world’s premiere music academies - the Prague Conservatoire in the Czech Republic and the Berklee College of Music affiliate Rimon School of Jazz and Contemporary Music in Israel. Erez continued his studies in symphonic orchestration under renowned Russian composer Jan Friedlin, becoming well versed in a wide range of musical styles including orchestral, electronic, folk, rock and Middle Eastern music. Erez has written and composed the score on numerous award winning projects for television, film, digital and commercials, including the Academy Award nominated and Guinness World Record setting short film “Roads”, Emmy Award nominated feature documentary “The Heart of Jenin”, Cannes Film Festival winner “The Composer”, Beverly Hills Film Festival winner “Fairytale” and many more.
Erez currently works out of his full service recording studio in Los Angeles and continues to compose film and television scores worldwide.
